"Making business more human is about understanding people" - as we learned at the Qualtrics X4 Summit. We had a fantastic time representing Manta Works at the event, which was packed with inspiring, thought-provoking presentations! Participants experienced an unforgettable day focused on humanized intelligence and enhancing user experiences. We heard engaging presentations on the AI-driven world, the "fifth industrial revolution", the importance of emotionally connected customers, and organization’s happiness index. These topics highlighted key trends and strategies for future success.
